Alright, so starting 2019 Resolutions in the middle of the week has been extremely difficult. While I did study the meal plan, I didn’t have time to meal prep. I laughed as I drove right by the gym, and I didn’t track calories at all. Resolution #1 to get healthy had a tough start, but with the weekend comes my chance to get a little more organized and to start right.
How about Resolution #2? That was was about financial stability. Here we did some work. The little credit card has been paid off and closed. Yippee! Kindle Unlimited subscription has been cancelled, saving my $8.99 per month. I also opened a savings account at my bank and arranged for an auto-transfer of $100 per month. It doesn’t feel like much, but a little at a time goes a long way! Next on the list? Create automatic payments for power, water, and insurance, and continue to pay down debt regularly.
How are your resolutions going? Did you get off to a good start, or are you waiting for a weekend so you can get set up? Let me know what your goals are and where you’re at!
What’s coming up next on Little Miss Radio? An easy gym schedule that won’t put me in the hospital, a meal prep extravaganza, a review of a few calorie counting apps, and a little real talk about water intake. Stay tuned!
