         Official Rules for Giveaway

                 The following rules will govern the “KOPPER TOY BOX 2019”

 

1.) All employees of Mile High Motors, Taco John’s, Murdoch’s, Butte Brewing Company, A & L Shopper’s Pawn, Pork Chop John’s, Redline Sports, McDonald’s, Montana Broom and Brush,  Miller’s Boots and Shoes,  Rocky Mountain RV, Conlin’s Furniture, Butte GM Auto Center, Northwest Pawn, Fran Johnson’s, Mountain Man Trading, Triple S Building Center, Stokes/True Value Hardware Anaconda and Butte, Steele’s Warehouse,  Riddle’s Jewelry, Butte Real Estate Group and Western Meat Block are not eligible, may not enter, and will forfeit any claim to prizes.

2.) All employees and immediate family of employees of KOPR and Butte Broadcasting Incorporated are not eligible, may not enter, and will forfeit any claim to prizes. Immediate family refers to mother, father, brothers, sisters, husband, wife or children of an employee of Butte Broadcasting Incorporated.  This rule refers to anyone employed at Butte Broadcasting Inc. between January of 2019 and December 2019.

3.) Contestants must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license or government issued photo ID with them to claim the prize.

4.) Contestants may register one time per week at each participating business and may only enter themselves. Excess registrations will be destroyed. Incomplete registration forms will be taken out of the drawing.

5.) Contestants may win only one of the 12 prizes, 5 Monthly Packages and 7 Christmas cash prizes, of the Kopper Toy Box promotion.  The prizes are limited to one per household.  Contestants who win may not enter themselves or anyone else in the remaining Kopper Toy Box drawings, these entries will be destroyed. 

6.) The 5 Monthly prize packages are: Do It Yourselfer, Hunting, Back Yard Paradise, Football.  And Pamper Yourself. Only one of each of these prize packages will be given away.  The monthly winner will select the prize of their choice from the remaining packages.  See the complete list of items in each package on our website KOPR94.net. Monthly prize drawings will take place on the following dates:  June 28th, July 31st, August 30th, September 27th and October 25th.  The drawings will be broadcast live on KOPR 94 from a sponsor location.  Entrants need not be present to win.

7.) The weekly Crazy Cash prize will consist of 6 $50 certificates that only can be redeemed at the KOPR Toy box sponsoring businesses listed on the back of the certificate. The 7 weekly Crazy Cash Drawings will be held on the air on the following Mondays: November 4th, 11th, 18th, 25th and December 2nd, 9th and 16th. The drawings will be broadcast live on KOPR 94.  Entrants need not be present to win.

8.) In case winner does not qualify KOPR will continue to draw from the remaining registrations until a qualified winner has been selected. No substitutions, or transfers of prizes will take place. The prize has no cash value. No purchase is necessary for the promotion.  Winner will be responsible for taxes and transportation of prizes.

9.) Butte Broadcasting Incorporated and Kopper Toy Box sponsors are not liable for any injury or damage that may be caused by the use of these prizes.
