                  Official Rules for Giveaway

                 The following rules will govern the “KOPPER Toy Box 2020”

1.) All employees Taco John’s, Murdoch’s, Butte Brewing Company, Pork Chop John’s, Redline Sports, McDonald’s, Montana Broom and Brush, Miller’s Boots and Shoes, Rocky Mountain RV, Triple S Building Center, True Value Hardware Anaconda and Butte, Steele’s Warehouse, Western Meat Block, APOC World, Mac’s Tavern, and Park Street Liquor are not eligible, may not enter, and will forfeit any claim to prizes. 

2.) All employees and immediate family of employees of KOPR and Butte Broadcasting Incorporated are not eligible, may not enter, and will forfeit any claim to prizes. Immediate family refers to mother, father, brothers, sisters, husband, wife or children of an employee of Butte Broadcasting Incorporated.  This rule refers to anyone employed at Butte Broadcasting Inc. between January of 2020 and December 2020.

3.) Contestants must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license or government issued photo ID with them to claim the prize. Contestants must reside in one of the seven counties of Southwest Montana: Silver Bow, Powell, Granite, Beaverhead, Deerlodge, Jefferson, or Madison counties.

4.) Contestants may register one time per day at one of our participating businesses’ websites or social media pages.  You may only enter yourself.

5.) Contestants may win only one of the 26 weekly $300 prizes.  The prizes are limited to one per household.  Contestants who win may not enter themselves or anyone else in the remaining Kopper Toy Box drawings, these entries will be destroyed. 

6.) The weekly prize will consist of six $50 gift certificates from KOPR Toy Box sponsoring businesses. KOPR and Toy Box participating businesses are not responsible and will not replace lost or stolen certificates.

7.) The 26 weekly Crazy Cash Drawings will be held on the air on the following Mondays. The drawings will be broadcast live on KOPR 94.  Entrants need not be present to win.

8.) In case a winner does not qualify, KOPR will continue to draw from the remaining registrations until a qualified winner has been selected. No substitutions or transfers of prizes will take place. The prize has no cash value. No purchase is necessary for the promotion. Winner must pick up prize at 660 Dewey Blvd. in Butte. A legal ID must be presented to claim prize.

9.) Butte Broadcasting Incorporated and Kopper Toy Box sponsors are not liable for any injury or damage that may be caused by the use of these prizes.
